Week 5, Day 2 and 3

This week my long run was scheduled to be 10 miles.  When planning this all out I had a brain fart and signed up for the Get Lucky Half Marathon thinking it lined up perfectly with my training.  I was a little off, so I combined my two runs into one.  Read all about my run here.
