I’m a 30 something mother of 3.  I work as an LPN serving our nations Veterans and I LOVE what I do.  I enjoy running, swimming, reading (books, blogs, tweets, and Facebook statuses).

I’m currently training for four half marathons this year: Get Lucky 3/16, Chicago Women’s Half 6/23, Women Rock 8/31, and Monster Dash (10/26).

Eventually I’d like to start doing triathlons, but first I have to buy a bike! I’m hoping to do the Lifetime Fitness triathlon in July 2014.

  1. Wow! I didn’t know you were training for FOUR half marathons?!?! They look spread out enough though so there’s good recovery time and more training time between each race which is great! That’s for the shout out on my blog! Can’t wait to keep up with your training! 🙂
